What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external patients
- Manage incoming calls, triaging requests and scheduling appointments
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Communicate with providers and pharmacies regarding patient concerns and medication
- Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, front desk, or as a clinic coordinator in an outpatient setting
- Healthcare experience in Medical or Behavioral Health
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and apply problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
