      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients
      - Manage calls by scheduling intake and follow-up appointments, and assisting with online check-ins
      - Document patient encounters and compile referral information for reporting
      - Communicate with providers regarding patient or medication concerns and assist with prescription verification
      - Maintain patient confidentiality while performing data entry and insurance verification tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, front desk, or clinic coordinator role in an outpatient setting
      - Healthcare experience in Medical or Behavioral Health
      - Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal communication abilities
      - Proven ability to multi-task and utilize problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a behavioral health setting
      - Knowledge of electronic appointment scheduling systems
      - Current CNA license preferred
      - Familiarity with compliance training and requirements in healthcare
      - Experience in outreach and community engagement initiatives
