      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Call Center, ensuring quality clinical services are provided
      - Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Call Center staff, promoting adherence to established standards
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the coordination of mental health services
      - Deliver direct client services when escalated to a supervisor and during coverage needs
      - Promote and educate the community about the crisis system and Call Center functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a mental health field with coursework meeting QMHP credentialing requirements
      - Current QMHP-C certification and/or relevant Oregon licensure (LPC, LCSW, PhD, etc.)
      - Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in a mental health treatment setting
      - Completion of two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience
      - Background investigation, including fingerprinting, required for this position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Appropriate Oregon Licensing Board LCSW, LCP, or Clinical Psychologist
      - Leadership experience in crisis services
      - Experience advocating for racial equity in mental health services
      - Knowledge of challenges faced by individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
      - Ability to effectively collaborate across cultural contexts
