      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide virtual consults and support the Collaborative Care program in behavioral health integration within primary care
      - Communicate with primary care providers regarding medication reviews and care next steps
      - Collaborate with case managers to address behavioral health needs through advice and brief interventions
      - Maintain accurate documentation using the system-wide Epic EMR
      - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, particularly in primary care
      - Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area
      - Ability to work hybrid hours, including onsite at the Mercy Virtual Care Center
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams
      - Commitment to quality patient care and innovative healthcare practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in behavioral health integration within primary care settings
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic
