What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and integration of behavioral health programs both internally and externally
- Utilize data to drive performance improvement and manage necessary changes
- Communicate and educate associates on behavioral health strategies and initiatives
- Design and implement clinical training materials for associates and providers
- Analyze behavioral health utilization data and assist with corrective action plans as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in the public sector
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related human service field
- One of the following licenses is required: LCMHC, APRN, LCMFT, LCSW, or RN
- Experience in managed care is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related human service field
- Experience with Washington State Medicaid and/or the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA)
