What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and assist in the planning, evaluation, and oversight of department programs or projects to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Analyze program statistics and data, recommending improvements to enhance service delivery
- Compile, enter, and analyze program data for regular and special reports
- Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring budgets and grant proposals, ensuring compliance
- Conduct public relations and outreach activities, developing materials and delivering presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's Degree in a social service, business administration, or related field; AND one (1) year of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation, or coordination; OR three (3) years of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation, and/or contract administration
- Must pass a criminal background check post-offer
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with community partners
- Ability to manage information in accordance with privacy laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with managing protected information in accordance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA)
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies and public relations activities
- Background in behavioral health services or related fields
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently
- Experience in training and supporting staff or volunteers
