      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Drive sales in Sephora locations within the designated territory
      - Educate Sephora staff on all products and selling techniques through store visits
      - Establish and maintain relationships with Sephora leadership, account executives, and staff from competing brands
      - Stay updated on trends and business drives within the beauty industry
      - Expand belif business by increasing client base and sales in core belif doors

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 2+ years of experience in the retail beauty/cosmetic environment
      - Hourly-based pay at $25 an hour
      - Minimum of 24-30 hours per week in-store, with additional desk work and retailer visits
      - Willingness to travel throughout the SF/Bay Region
      - Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
      - Experience in sales and customer service
      - Familiarity with Sephora and its products
