      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support client management with research and develop customer-specific resolutions
      - Build, maintain, and audit benefits in the system
      - Mentor and lead a team of analysts
      - Perform structure building, revisions, and billing setup
      - Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - EPIC Tapestry Benefits Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
      - 2+ years of experience with managed care benefits
      - 2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes
