      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor monthly financials for clients and enter data into client exhibits
      - Prepare and send monthly financial reports to clients, including activity analysis and large claim details
      - Develop financial/underwriting exhibits as requested, including projections and demographics analysis
      - Assist Account Executives and Benefits Consultants in preparing proposals and renewals of benefit coverages
      - Participate in market meetings, seminars, and training programs as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of financial experience with a solid understanding of employee benefits
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong to expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with excellent organizational skills

      - Experience in the employee benefits industry
      - Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to employee benefits
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Familiarity with client reporting and financial analysis
      - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and functions
