      We are currently hiring a Benefits Analyst to join our exciting People Team and help Progressive Leasing grow!

      This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or from our corporate office in Utah.

      YOU ARE: Responsible for the daily administration of employee benefits programs and will have the unique opportunity to work on a team that takes pride in the service and impact we have on the employee experience. You will work in a fun, collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple projects, varying tasks and shifting priorities. Getting to work directly with current and regarding all things benefits related, you will contribute to a culture and philosophy of "people first", while also ensuring company compliance with all federal, state and local laws.

      YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Support the administration of all employee health and voluntary benefit plans


      • Maintain all benefit related transactions in HRIS, update vendor portals, and perform system audits to ensure data integrity


      • Reconcile and process monthly benefit invoices for payment


      • Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding eligibility and/or claim issues


      • Assist employees with issues related to enrolling, maintaining and understanding their benefits


      • Educate and explain benefit options and required documentation for new hires, qualifying life events, open enrollment and Medicare eligibility


      • Ensure benefit plan compliance with applicable laws and regulations


      • Handle benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution


      • Plan and administer Wellness Program challenges


      • Document, implement and monitor benefit procedures, processes, and practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency


      • Work collaboratively with the PeopleOps team to test and implement benefit administration configuration changes as needed, including Open Enrollment.


      • Work with various software and cloud-based programs


      • Produce and analyze benefits reports for internal and external compliance and audit purposes


      • Oversee benefits bi-weekly benefit contribution and deduction discrepancies


      • Review, update, and distribute employee benefit communication pieces


      • Serves as a back-up for Leaves Specialist and other essential HR functions during times of departmental absence or high-volume need


      YOU'LL BRING:

      • 3- 5 years' benefits experience within a large organization (500+ employees)


      • Knowledge of all employee benefit plans, self-funded insurance plans, leave of absence laws and regulations (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA, etc.), retirement plans, Affordable Care Act


      • In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans


      • Strong analytical skills


      • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel


      • Exceptional professionalism; including upmost discretion when working with confidential situations


      • Impeccable attention to detail and organization with the ability to effectively multi-task in order to meet competing deadlines


      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


      • Preferred experience with Workday and the benefits module
