What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and support discrete programs within Benefits and Leave Administration
- Maintain knowledge of services offered and ensure timely case activities
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive benefits and leave calendar
- Facilitate meetings and communicate timelines, objectives, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and resolve issues effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 2-3 years of Program Management experience required
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff at all levels
- Ability to effectively coordinate tasks and manage timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related program management role
- Familiarity with compliance efforts in benefits and leave administration
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and provide insights
- Ability to develop training resources and documentation
