      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Benefits Specialist and Director of Human Resources
      - Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies
      - Notify benefits broker of employee enrollments, changes, and terminations
      - Prepare and submit weekly FSA reports and reconcile monthly ICHRA withdrawals
      - Assist with annual open enrollment and perform general administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of benefits and payroll experience
      - Valid Driver's License or ability to transport self to and from work
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a nonprofit organization
      - Familiarity with payroll processing software
      - Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding benefits administration
      - Strong communication skills for employee interactions and support
