What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding employee benefits during the recruitment and onboarding process
- Educate and guide new staff on available benefits, enrollment procedures, and timelines
- Provide personalized benefits counseling to employees planning for retirement
- Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and workshops related to employee benefits
- Track and report on benefits education activities and employee engagement metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Work Experience: 3-4 years of employee benefit experience or 5-7 years in HR with progressive accountabilities
- Proven experience in employee benefits education, counseling, or related HR functions
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, retirement planning, and healthcare options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in healthcare or clinical settings
- Certification in benefits or retirement planning (e.g., CEBS, CRC)
