      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service through a multi-line telephone system, assisting with eligibility and enrollment inquiries
      - Counsel customers on PEBB and SEBB Programs' eligibility, policies, and insurance benefits via various communication methods
      - Assist customers in managing their electronic profiles and benefits elections using Benefits 24/7
      - Analyze and process applications for health benefits eligibility and enrollment
      - Participate in committee and project teams to contribute to process improvement and program initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of relevant experience, or
      - Associate degree and three (3) years of relevant experience, or
      - Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding (or closely related) plus three (3) years of relevant experience, or
      - Five (5) years of relevant experience
      - Experience providing direct client services or counseling in health insurance, public assistance eligibility, or related areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a high-pressure, customer contact center environment
      - Familiarity with PEBB and/or SEBB Programs' information sources, including WACs, policies, and procedures
      - Proficiency in using the Benefits 24/7 system and various software programs
      - Strong mathematical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
