Develop and manage competitive, locally relevant benefits programs including health & wellness, insurance, retirement, and leave policies.

Conduct regular benchmarking against industry standards to ensure our offerings attract and retain top talent.

Provide strategic input on global benefits policy development and local adaptation.

Oversee the day-to-day administration of benefits across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Ensure accurate documentation, vendor performance, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Lead annual renewal processes and open enrollment activities.

Manage third-party vendors and consultants across multiple countries, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.

Monitor and manage regional benefits budgets, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits-related legislation in all covered countries.

Ensure all programs comply with local legal requirements and company policies.

Develop and deliver effective employee communications on benefits programs to drive awareness and utilization.

Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution.

Analyze benefits data to identify usage trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

8+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or HRIS management, ideally with regional scope (EMEA and/or APAC).

Strong knowledge of benefits practices and compliance standards in multiple EMEA and APAC countries.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; strong attention to detail.

MBA/PGDM in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
