      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, FMLA, and other regulations affecting employee benefits
      - Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement programs, including eligibility and leave management
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
      - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to maintain the effectiveness of benefits programs
      - Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including Summary Plan Descriptions and Form 5500 filings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - HR or related degree and/or equivalent work experience
      - Four (4) or more years of practical experience administering employee health and welfare, leave, and retirement plans
      - Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, employment regulations, and applicable laws
      - Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data file feeds; ADP WorkforceNow experience is strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate effectively under high work pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR, CEBS, QKA, or other relevant certifications
      - Nonprofit experience is desirable
      - Experience working in a variety of benefit plan structures, including consortium benefits
      - Deep understanding of health insurance, retirement, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs
      - Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
