What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise participants on plan provisions to improve their decision-making processes
- Respond to client-specific inquiries through telephone and web correspondence
- Complete transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision
- Document calls by creating detailed notes in the case management system
- Adhere to call center metrics and guidelines while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type 25 words per minute
- Experience in customer service and call center environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to problem solve and evaluate issues for the best client outcomes
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in payroll processing (not required but preferred)
- Developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems
