What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer retirement plans including 403(b), 457(b), and defined benefit pension plans
- Assist employees with enrollments, contribution changes, rollovers, and distributions
- Collaborate with vendors to reconcile data issues and support plan audits
- Maintain pension eligibility, employee records, and retirement estimate requests
- Manage retiree health plan administration, including eligibility tracking and enrollment updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or benefits administration
- 5 or more years of experience in human resources and/or benefits administration may be considered to satisfy the degree requirement
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in healthcare benefits administration
- CBP Certified Benefits Professional certification
- Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Previous experience working with retirement plans
