What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end global benefits administration process, including health, wellness, and retirement programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits policies and claims
- Ensure compliance with global and local benefits-related laws and regulations
- Analyze benefits utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global or multi-country environment
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and compliance
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
