What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ emails
- Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding day-to-day needs and questions
- Manage and record activities in the workflow system for timely follow-up
- Complete assigned weekly client group eligibility reports and audits
- Administer clients’ annual open enrollment and manage eligibility through the benefits enrollment system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in benefits insurance, human resources, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with an online benefits enrollment platform
- Current Life & Health insurance license
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
