What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Call Center in meeting quality standards and ensuring members have access to necessary services
- Develop therapeutic alliances with members using evidence-based communication skills
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and team members
- Engage in outreach and support for IEHP members, demonstrating compassion and professionalism
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and behavioral health team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer/client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
