    • QUALIFICATIONS
      Strong literacy background and knowledge of CCSS and WIDA
      Uses effective pedagogy to promote EL oral development
      Experience working with English learners and knowledge of best practices
      Oral and written proficiency in English, and Arabic
      Knowledge of current instructional strategies
      Commitment to building relationships with families of ELL students
      Strong knowledge of a variety of instructional strategies and current research in curriculum and assessment
      Familiarity with Title III and state law pertaining to ELL Programs

      Salary
      Listed on our website at www.chsd218.org based on years of experience and education level. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for salary range.
