What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and guiding them through repair/installation processes

- Accurately document customer interactions, product details, and troubleshooting efforts for efficient record-keeping

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Ability to thrive in a work environment that demands high-level focus, low mobility, and high observation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
