- Lead a team of BIBAs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.

- Translate business needs into data analysis requirements and develop solutions that address business problems and drive value.
- Contribute to the development of the bank's strategic roadmap by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement through data analysis and modelling.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of business intelligence projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and addressing business requirements.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant stakeholders to maintain data architecture and infrastructure that supports business intelligence initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (Minimum of 5 - 8 years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence..
- Solid understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Project management certification (Agile) is a plus.
