      Description

      JOB SUMMARY:

      To enhance the lives of our Team, our Guests and our Partners by building lasting connections. Lift Operators are the primary team members responsible for greeting, supervising and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and lift assisted attractions . Lift Operators aide and ensure the safety of guests and our equipment.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      • Complete opening/closing procedures
      • Greet and interact with guests
      • Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning
      • Respond to guest inquiries
      • Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations
      • May be required to perform first aid at a level of documented training and respond appropriately in unusual situations such as weather-related events, mechanical failures, or injury to staff/guests
      • Assist Supervisor with maintenance and SOP’s of equipment and grounds as necessary
      • Train guests on proper use of lifts as well as best practices/techniques
      • Must bump chairs and shovel snow

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • Proven ability to deal effectively with guests
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
      • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
      • Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people
      • Will require walking/standing for long periods of time
