Job Description

- Complete opening/closing procedures
- Greet and interact with guests
- Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning
- Respond to guest inquiries
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations
- May be required to perform first aid at a level of documented training and respond appropriately in unusual situations such as weather-related events, mechanical failures, or injury to staff/guests
- Assist Supervisor with maintenance and SOP’s of equipment and grounds as necessary
- Train guests on proper use of lifts as well as best practices/techniques
- Must bump chairs and shovel snow
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven ability to deal effectively with guests
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people
- Will require walking/standing for long periods of time

Lift Operators aide and ensure the safety of guests and our equipment.
