      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial due diligence on licensees to facilitate spot audits
      - Examine law firm practices to ensure compliance with the Law Society’s By-Laws and Rules of Professional Conduct
      - Prepare audit reports detailing deficiencies and recommendations for improvement
      - Identify and flag serious breaches of regulations for priority review
      - Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance with recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or a related discipline
      - Professional designation in accounting or law and membership in a recognized Canadian professional body
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial, regulatory, or compliance audits, preferably related to law practice
      - Proficiency in both English and French
      - Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of real estate law, estate law, and related accounting requirements
      - Familiarity with current trends in accounting practices and auditing techniques
      - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite / 365
