      - Maintain a quiet and private workspace with reliable internet access

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous call center customer service experience
      - Fluency in both Spanish and English, particularly regarding financial matters
      - Ability to work from a quiet and private location with reliable internet
      - Availability for full-time hours from Noon to 9 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday
      - Commitment to providing excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial counseling or related services
      - Familiarity with non-profit organizations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations
      - Knowledge of financial products and services
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
