      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls using an automated system and respond to member inquiries regarding eligibility and benefits
      - Research and document member calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring proper follow-up
      - Interface with team personnel, management, and customers to address customer service issues effectively
      - Conduct outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex member requests and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience
      - Experience with organizational functions and personnel
      - Proficiency in computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - More than 6 months of customer service experience
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers
      - Business and analytical critical thinking skills
      - Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively
      - Experience in a healthcare-related environment
