  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Identify and establish new partnerships through community engagement and networking efforts
  - Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships by providing onboarding and educational support
  - Develop and propose sponsorship ideas that align with partner needs and refer high-potential sponsors for further discussion
  - Conduct paid webinars and workshops for organizations serving clients with shared profiles
  - Prepare impact reports and raise stakeholder awareness of the employer's programs and services
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in communications or education
  - Three to five years of experience in finance, business development, or education
  - Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage corporate relationships confidently
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences and resolve concerns
  - Fluency in both English and French is required
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in media or familiarity with consumer credit and personal money management concepts
  - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage client pipelines
  - Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
  - Empathy and a genuine desire to work as part of a supportive team
