      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and establish new partnerships through community engagement and networking initiatives
      - Maintain and enhance existing partner relationships through onboarding and educational support
      - Develop and propose sponsorship ideas that align with partner needs
      - Deliver paid webinars and workshops tailored for organizations serving shared client profiles
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to report on program impact and community outreach efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in communications or education
      - Three to five years of experience in finance, business development, or education
      - Strong relationship-building and portfolio management skills
      - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and teaching abilities
      - Fluency in both English and French is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in media or communications
      - Understanding of consumer credit and personal money management concepts
      - Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office
      - Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Empathy and a genuine desire to support and help clients
