What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Arrange travel itineraries for employees and business travelers from the employer, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
- Manage client relationships by understanding their travel needs and preferences
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and communicate effectively with clients
- Conduct market research and create promotional materials to enhance marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and provide leisure trip planning advice
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree from a junior college or higher, with experience in travel agency or client service
- Fluency in English and Japanese, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel reservation systems
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends/holidays as needed
