What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
- Show empathy and actively listen to customers' concerns while providing resolutions
- Take initiative to understand customers' challenges, proactively solve them, and provide expert advice
- Participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as needed
- Identify policy type and update client database to meet regulatory obligations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Relentless drive to own and resolve customer problems
- Ability to adapt well to change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree with 0-1 year of work experience
