      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

      - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
      - Previous experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
