      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
      - Receive and manage distributor and end-user calls
      - Provide accurate information to both internal and external customers
      - Collaborate with team members to eliminate errors and inefficiencies in order processing
      - Maintain professionalism and courtesy while communicating with sales personnel and distributors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College or university diploma/degree
      - Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and spoken
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume call and systems environment
      - Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
      - Dependable and capable of making decisions with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Knowledge of marketing programs and product information
