      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to Intuit customers using the QuickBooks application
      - Assist both English and French-speaking customers with technical support
      - Navigate between screens efficiently while multitasking to resolve customer inquiries
      - Participate in training sessions and maintain webcam presence as required
      - Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in Canada
      - Minimum age of 18 years
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
      - Ability to pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
      - Previous experience in technical customer service support
      - Accounting and bookkeeping experience is considered an asset
      - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
