What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound calls from customers, assisting with inquiries about services and website navigation
- Clarify customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues by researching and implementing solutions
- Maintain the call center database by accurately entering information
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
