      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding products and bone health
      - Actively listen to customers and provide information to help them make informed decisions about their health
      - Process orders and returns while supporting customers via email and phone
      - Help customers understand their DEXA bone scan results
      - Maintain records of customer interactions and manage administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
      - Solid background in customer service
      - Highly motivated to work from home and manage a flexible schedule
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Willingness to accept and act on feedback for continuous improvement

      - Experience in a customer-facing role within the health or wellness industry
