What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work in a multi-channel support environment, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve issues of low to moderate complexity, escalating more difficult issues
- Provide routine support activities such as explaining results, instructing users, performing data entry, building reports, and performing account administration functions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every contact feels important
- Adhere to guidelines, regulations, and processes while solving problems and exercising judgment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, retail, or background screening experience
- Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Typing speed of 30 WPM
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates Degree or higher
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience in a regulated industry or background screening
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines during tasks and assignments
