What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partners across various channels
- Research and resolve customer issues and complaints, providing appropriate solutions
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of the employer's products and services
- Maintain customer service standards and stay updated on policy and procedure changes
- Attend benefit fairs and client meetings as needed to provide information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a relevant industry, such as call center, insurance, or retail
- Must be bilingual and able to fluently speak two languages
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight
- Proficient in using multiple software programs simultaneously, including MS Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

- Experience in handling moderate to complex customer inquiries
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with customers
- Understanding of basic internet browser settings and internet knowledge
- Experience in a role that requires discretion and judgment in customer interactions
