What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in computer systems
- Resolve inquiries and authorize sales
- Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent
- Live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of the affiliated Synchrony location in Phoenix, AZ
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient computer skills, including multitasking and using Microsoft Outlook
- 18 years old or older
- Willingness to take a drug test, undergo a background investigation, and submit fingerprints
