What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking consumers
- Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support for product, technical, and warranty inquiries
- Utilize product knowledge to guide consumers through repair or installation processes
- Maintain professionalism while managing a high volume of diverse inquiries
- Accurately document call details and meet daily performance expectations in service quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service role
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using PC-based tools and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
