      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
      - Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
      - Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
      - Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans following organizational policies
      - Represent and promote the employer and the Substance Use Disorder program through community outreach efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Previous experience as a Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist
      - Successful participation in a recovery program
      - Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Availability for daytime travel between 25% - 50% within Florida

      - Familiarity with case management practices and documentation processes
