What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents, including leases, amendments, and subleases
- Conduct rent variance analysis and process rent payments
- Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships effectively
- Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and ensure lease compliance
- Track and maintain critical dates related to lease documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in lease administration or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret lease documents
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in data entry, validation, and management of lease documents
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commercial real estate and landlord/tenant relationships
- Familiarity with CAM and real estate tax calculations
- Knowledge of billing and collections processes for subtenant accounts
- Prior experience handling special projects related to lease administration
