What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Carry out enrollment events and achieve assigned membership growth targets through marketing activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders and community-based organizations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals as established by management
- Schedule and participate in enrollment events, encouraging partner participation
- Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in a second language, with Spanish preferred
- Understanding of Health Care Markets, particularly Medicaid
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or grassroots outreach
- 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or outreach setting
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including low-income populations
