What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify Medicaid coverage for prospective clients
- Initiate the assessment process for interested clients
- Data Entry into Microsoft Access Database and Avisena
- Filing referrals and intake packets as needed
- Take referrals over the phone from interested sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 1-year data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Internet, online applications, and email
- Bilingual skills are a plus
