What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound call inquiries from Florida Medicaid providers in a timely and professional manner
- Document calls and update account history with results of inquiries
- Process requests while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Collaborate with team members and management to address customer service issues and recommend workflow improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a metric-driven work environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills to respond to inquiries professionally
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to navigate a PC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in medical terminology in both languages
