What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure a memorable customer service experience by educating clients on services and scheduling student evaluations
- Follow contact center scripts while interacting with clients
- Build positive rapport with clients of varying personality types
- Maintain professionalism and politeness in all interactions
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call center system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable work habits
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
