- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team leaders to maximize monthly commission opportunities
- Participate in training and development programs for career advancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
- Availability to work some weekends as needed
