What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Assist customers in reserving storage units that meet their needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service during each interaction
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales targets
- Maximize monthly commission opportunities through effective sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening

- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect over the phone
- Willingness to work some weekends for business needs
