What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessment
- Use the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information or verification needs
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Accurately complete additional paperwork as required
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Superior customer service skills—friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficient use of computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent organization and time management skills
